SmartDocket™ integrates netDMS, VistaSG’s document management solution, a Courts Case Management System, and Mentis Technology Solution’s aiINDEX™ software.

Upon the document entering netDMS, aiINDEX™ extracts data and then retrieves remaining case information from the CMS based on the case number on the image. 

Once all of the data is confirmed by the Clerk, the data is posted within the Case Management system automatically via the VistaSG aiINDEX™ integration components, thus, bypassing the need for clerk’s to manually enter docket information within the case management system, and routed through netDMS for further processing.
