SignIt™ SignIt applies batch signatures on up to 500 documents at one time JudgeSign™ Allows for the addition of signatures to document without the hassle of scanning Topaz Electronic Signature Pads Vista Solutions Group has fully integrated the Topaz Electronic signature pads into netDMS for signing documents that are produced by the court system in many of our Courts. The City of Plano, Corpus Christi, and Fort Worth Municipal Courts currently create a Word document for the defendant to sign when they select the option to take a defensive driving course. The document is created on demand and the plaintiff will sign their name to the document by using an e-Pad. Security is of the utmost importance. netDMS signatures are hosted in a secure environment to ensure proper usage and prevent tampering.
